E-commerce platform for a leading automotive repair chain. With more than 125 shops, the site allows users to buy online, schedule appointments, schedule periodic checks and to track their history car by car. ERP system integration, promotions, business intelligence and online sales.
After a bad experience with a well-known ecommerce solution, Rodi’s management team asked us to come up with and develop a high-performance, user-focused ecommerce solution.
The Challenge
Our “headless” solution, comprised of a ReactJS and Gatsby frontend plus a number of back-end NodeJS microservices yields the highest levels of performance.
Additionally, the system consumes and pushes data from/to Rodi’s ERP, providing an integrated business life-cycle.
The mobile responsiveness is thoughtfully dealt with, offering adaptive aspects to guarantee the best user experience possible.
Features & Technology
The end-result is a significant increase in sales via the online channel. For instance, the scalability of the application was put to test during busy periods of the year with an increase of concurrent users and sales were increased by 200%. Finally, Rodi has experienced visible improvement in the presence and positioning of the company’s ecommerce.
